The Company:
Our client is a franchised quality new car dealership group who have a requirement for an experienced Service advisor at their Bristol site.

The manufacturer is highly regarded in the industry for their vehicles and the support they give to all their dealerships and staff.
The Opportunity:
To help them achieve their goal, we are recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in the successful Service department at this well respected dealership. You will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer experience as well as maintaining an extremely high level of accuracy.
We are currently looking to appoint a professional Service Advisor to help to maximise service sales and profitability within the busy Service Department.
Working closely with workshop personnel including the Service Manager, the Workshop Controller and the Technicians, you will effectively:
Book in vehicles for repairs
Initiate service documentation
Swiftly update customer and vehicle history files accurately in accordance with Data Protection legislation
Document all warranty work as per manufacturers; requirements and dealership policy
Ensure all work has been carried out as detailed and charged for.
You will advise customers of the precise and estimated costs of vehicle repairs; the work to be undertaken; and the predicted completion times and collection arrangements for the customers vehicles; keeping customers fully informed of the progress of their vehicle.
You will demonstrate consistently high levels of professionalism in person and over the telephone ensuring the delivery of high standards of customer service whilst gaining repeat business.
With strong communication and influencing skills, you will be able to sell additional products, services, and repair work ensuring proper qualification and total understanding of customer needs and requirements.
The Successful Candidate:
You will be numerate and literate with an excellent telephone manner. You must be very personable as you will also be dealing with customers face to face on a daily basis
Accuracy and attention to detail are prerequisite
Have strong and efficient PC and administration skills
Knowledge of workshop loading systems
Have the ability to sell incremental products and assess further sales opportunities
